You got a great deal on facebook marketplace but haven’t got the time or the resources to pick it up.

No Problem, Ozborn Couriers will pick it up for you.

Here is how it works: 

  • Buy your purchase from the seller 
  • Pay the seller direct through paypal or direct deposit
  • Text, email or send us a copy of the purchase confirmation in messenger with a copy of the payment receipt. 
  • Call Ozborn Couriers and book the pickup
  •  Send us contact and pickup details of the seller and we will pick it up and deliver it to you within 24 hours.

No Contact Delivery

From booking to final delivery we will always make sure that your safety and that of our drivers comes first. 

  • Your booking is done online or over the phone.
  • Payment is made electronically we don’t take cash. 
  • Our Drivers wear gloves, face masks and use hand sanitiser before and after your delivery is made
  • Our Drivers will keep 2 meter distance at all times and will ensure that your package is left on the dorr step before making contact at your premises.
  • If you have give authority to leave the package we will take a photo of where we left it and email or send it to your phone. this way you know exactly where we left it.

We want to ensure that we provide that good old fashioned same day service so. To make sure that we can honour our service guarantee we pickup and deliver across the Macarthur, Wollondilly and the Southern Highlands regions. We also will go out as far as Campbelltown if needed.

YES WE DO.Your favourite restaurant doesn’t do menulog or uber eats. we can pick it up and drop it to you. there are some rules regarding alcohol that you need to be aware of:

  • Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to order alcohol or even to take receipt of an alcohol delivery
  • A photo ID is required from anyone under the age 25 that takes receipt of the order
  •  In the event that there are intoxicated people on the premises or the order cannot be delivered then we will return your order to the place of pickup. 
  • We take no responsibility for any lost items. we will take a photo of the returned item to the store and text the photo to you. we will make all attempts to provide proof of return eg contact details of the employee that the product was returned to and if possible a photo of said employee  

Legal Drinking Age: The legal drinking age in Australia is 18, which means any courier delivering alcohol has the legal obligation to check that a customer is over the age of 18 before providing them with an order containing alcohol

Intoxication: It is illegal to provide alcohol to anyone that is already drunk

Secondary supply: It is illegal to provide alcohol to someone who may then give it to a minor (someone under the age of 18)

The answer is yes. Your package will be delivered today if booked before 12pm on the same day. 7 days a week, every week of the year.  

If the receiver or sender is not present, you can provide an authority to leave (ATL) in the special instructions box.  If no instructions are left and neither the sender or receiver is at the nominated address return charges may apply.

 

We will make every effort to contact the recipient or sender at the premises outlined in the booking form. If we have been give an authority to leave the parcel in a safe place, we will take a picture of where the parcel has been left. We will send you or the recipient a copy of the photo with instructions of where the parcel has been left. If the recipient is at the premises we will take the name of the person who was given the parcel as well as take a photo of the outside of the building and send both details to you.
